help for exhaustion at 7+6!

As the title says....I am 7+6 and seriously struggling with exhaustion. Feeling not too bad otherwise but really struggling to not fall asleep all the time. Work full time in an office and really struggling to stay awake at my desk or interact coherantly with colleagues!

Work dont know yet and im not keen to tell them yet. Any tips for vitamins/foods/other quick wins to help this tiredness and stop me falling asleep at my desk?!

There are no quick wins. Sleep as much as you can when not at work - I would come in and go straight to bed after eating. Do as little as possible when you're not at work - avoid anything tiring and very physical. For example I decided to do some gardening for a few hours one Sunday, and felt absolutely awful the next day for it. Take a really good pregnancy vitamin. I also took an iron supplement on top - as anaemia is really common - but this is not recommend, I just made this decision. Take your vitamins with orange juice as it helps absorption. Avoid tea/coffee (even decaf) at the same time as eating or taking vitamins as it inhibits absorption. Eat as well as you can. Try to go for short walks every day.
