As the title says....I am 7+6 and seriously struggling with exhaustion. Feeling not too bad otherwise but really struggling to not fall asleep all the time. Work full time in an office and really struggling to stay awake at my desk or interact coherantly with colleagues!
Work dont know yet and im not keen to tell them yet. Any tips for vitamins/foods/other quick wins to help this tiredness and stop me falling asleep at my desk?!
