I am walking my own legs off, ive got the ball out to bounce on. Nothing is happening. From what I can tell, his feet are down near my left hip, his bum by my right, spine up the right side and head jnder my ribs.

Its dc two, and I need him to turn!!!

Plenty of time.
Midwife will check at 36 weeks, you might get a scan to check position.
They do turn on their own until 38 or 39 weeks.

Check out spinningbabies.com or google spinning babies,I got no2 to turn from transverse to head down and back in right position, you should still have time for it to move so don't panic too much.

Watching with interest on,y 29 weeks but baby been breech all the way through since 20 week scan and hasn't moved once ! Has your baby been breech all the way?

AnythingNotEverything · 07/09/2014 22:12

Plenty of time yet, unless you tend to have very early babies.

Bellyrub1980 · 08/09/2014 06:11

Same here! Although I'm 33 weeks and transverse. Baby has been virtually the whole pregnancy, spent a week in Breech but obviously didn't like it much because he/she flipped back to transverse again. I don't think it helps that I have a job which involves sitting all day.

purplemurple1 · 08/09/2014 06:15

I got scanned at 34 week's to check position and the Dr said it didn't matter for at least 3 more weeks as they are still turning anyway, so being head down or up at 34 doesn't mean anything in relation to birth position.

kittykatsforever · 08/09/2014 07:22

My dd2 was breech almost the whole pregnancy she turned around 37wks, I used the spinning babies techniques and moxibustion! I used everything I could infact as was adamant it was coming out the same way as the other one lol

MsBrunette · 08/09/2014 07:41

DS didn't go head down until 37 weeks, there is still plenty of time.

pinkteapots · 08/09/2014 07:45

Theres a few of us in the same boat! I really dont intend to worry till 37 weeks. Ive a scan booked to cgeck position at 36 weeks, i'm sure they'll do same for you think. Though after 4 vaginal births a c section would be just the last wreckage of my body unless they can build some tidying up into the operation

Sorry fell asleep after posting last night Blush

Seems a few babies turn late, so I will try not to worry too much. Seeing MW in about a week so Ill get her to double check then, and will add in a visit to that website mentioned above.
