I'll be fine, right?

(should say it's just for the day, so will be at home in the morning and back the same evening)

Take your notes with you. If you have taken them nothing will happen! Xx

Yes, take your notes. And find out where the nearest maternity units are too, just in case. 37 weeks is full term, after all...

Take your notes, but you'll be fine. I was still travelling at 37 weeks 150 miles from home. In fairness, it was to a regular office and I had kind of lined up a colleague for the 'what if' scenario but I had only arranged it tongue in cheek.

It was my first so I gathered it would probably take a while to turn up once I started. Actually gave birth rather swiftly at 40+4 :)

Good luck!

It's hard to know how you'll feel by then so if you can avoid 100% committing to it that's probably the way to go. I've felt fine all pregnancy (I was travelling a lot for work and running regularly until 34 weeks) and was planning to work until 39 weeks but as soon as baby engaged at 35 weeks everything changed. Just had to stop working (37 weeks) as I can't walk/sit down/lie down/concentrate due to all the pressure down there. I really wasn't expecting to feel such a difference towards the end having been so active throughout.

I would be wary of this my first baby was a week late my second arrived at just before 37 weeks

Oh my gosh I thought you said WALKING 200 miles! I was wondering why the first few posts said yes it's fine haha!
