i don't get sick in the morning but at night i tend to get queasy. that dry puke that only brings up bile queasy. and now, it's like whatever i eat, even in small amounts, i feel sick right after. i try to keep it down, but my mouth waters and i can't always hold in it. has anyone else experienced this?

That's totally normal. It's called morning sickness, but really should be called any time of the day sickness.

Take it easy and try eating little and often - it might help! Otherwise sympathies, I know it's tough!

U can go to docs...I was perscribed phenegan, a travel sickness pill...it helped. I no longer take it, 16w tomorrow but it was good in those early days. I lived on tiny amounts of white foods, chips, biscuits, bread. It still find I'm better if I eat little bits every 2 hours & never let my stomach be empty x

I'm 23 weeks and still being sick at random times, but feel nauseas most of the time. I was also prescribed Phenergan, it did help but I've decided not to get a repeat prescription.

Hi, I'm 9+3 and been having similar trouble. Been sick at 10 this morning, and not been sick since last weekend but can be any time of the day. I usually feel worse mid to late afternoon. Like other posters have said having smaller meals and grazing throughout the day has helped me, always make sure Your stomach doesn't get empty! I'm on omeprazole from the GP due to bad heartburn that was contributing to my nausea. Roll on 2nd trimester hey! Smile
