don't want to be pregnant

I know I should be pleased but just find out and feel so sad. Have 22mth ds, had fertility treatment, horrible pregnancy, childbirth, pnd and just feel I have my life back.

I have pcos and never thought one time would get me pregnant! I know I should be pleased but feel so unhappy. Not sure I wil cope with two. Need reassurances!

I am sorry you are feeling this way. Would it help to concentrate on the fact that you do have options, you do not have to remain pregnant if you don't want to? Allowing yourself the possibility to consider a termination may help you decide how you feel about this pregnancy. Would talking to a counseling service help you?

I agree with the above poster. Remember you have options that might make you feel less pressured. Do you have any friends with 2 you could talk to?
