Should I be taking my notes away on holiday with me?

off tomorrow morning to Europe and hadn't really thought about whether I would need to take them or not until now.
Is it just worth making a note of my MRN number and the hospital telephone number or do I need to take all my notes?

I would take all your notes. Or at least a photocopy of them (just incase you lose them)

I took a photocopy of mine, just in case.

Do take them. If you need any treatment for anything it will be really helpful for them to have the details.
