So I have had pain all day literally in my vagina. It feels like a pressure kind of pain rather than anything else. I'm 33+5 weeks is this normal? I don't remember it last time round?!?! Do I need to tell anyone?

Phone your midwife/labour ward. It's probably nothing.... but I'm a random stranger on the internet, and am not really qualified to give medical advice. Though I have watched Holby City.

Varicose vein? They look like they are really painful when I watched a pal go through one with her last pregnancy.

Ask your midwife to have a peek.

I had some very sharp heavy pains down below and my MW said it was "head fitting pains" around the same time as you. I took her word but subconsciously was still concenred. But, she was right. Next time I had a check up baby had gone from free to 3/5 engaged x
