Pregnancy yoga - city of London?

Hello - does anybody know of any pregnancy yoga (or Pilates) classes in the city? Somewhere around St Paul's or Bank would be good! I've seen the Light Centre but their classes start at 5.30. Not quite sure who can make that as most jobs 'finish' at 5.30 at the earliest.... Think I'll probably have to find a later evening course near home but thought it was worth asking! Thank you.

The Light Centre is great but agree that 5.30 is an early start... I took classes there as was able to my employer to let me leave early on account of being pregnant and needing to take care of myself. Maybe you can do the same?

Yasmin Low at Yoga Wonder is really great too:

She subbed at The Light Centre one time and led a fantastic prenatal class. I'm not sure she teaches any classes in your area, but might be worth getting in touch with her directly to see if you can do any one-on-ones.

Finally, a lot of people swear by Katy Appleton's prenatal yoga series on YouTube. I agree, it's not too bad:

Good luck!

Thanks both! I lived in Islington during my last two pregnancies and am missing the yoga and Pilates classes there.... Where we live now is lovely but haven't found anywhere as good yet. Will check out your suggestions, thanks. 5.30 just won't work sadly though...
