Have been kept up/woken up throughout the night by pains in my stomach. They come on all of a sudden and aren't cramps more like a stinging/stabbing all over. They weren't regular just quite painful when they happened, enough to wake me up anyway. Lasted for a few seconds, no longer than a minute. I'm 32 weeks. Would you phone your midwife? Xxx

Yes - I'm sure it's fine but she'll know best. Phone the labour ward at your hosp and they'll have someone you can ask.
