So due to the stress and general nausea of first trimester I have eaten far too much crap and feel really low about the cellulite on my expanding thighs!

Now I'm starting to feel better in 2nd tri have vowed to stop eating rubbish, eat healthily and do some exercise everyday from tomorrow- anyone want to join to cheer each other on?

I'm up for it. I'm just starting the third but positive encouragement needed for last phase and pp!
My tip is making yourself a large salad with as many veg as you can get in it to eat most nights to top up your veg count.

Me! Grin All I seem able to eat is crap. Some days I have lunch twice - once on my break and then again for my lunch break Confused
And I don't even have the excuse of feeling sick anymore

Thanks for joining ladies, let's keep each other on the straight and narrow!

Just started with a healthy dinner- cod, leeks, broccoli and new potatoes will forget about the two packets of crisps and ice cream snickers I had this afternoon onwards and onto bump growth rather than ass growth!

Ooh, I'll join too please! Feeling good because I managed to drag myself down to the gym this evening, first time in nearly 2 weeks Smile

j200 · 04/07/2014 19:38

Well done fruit badger Smile what did you do at the gym?

I have bought a Pilates DVD so am aiming to power walk everyday for 45mins and do DVD a few times a week

Right today plan is morning power walk, healthy breakfast fruit and berries, lunch out when shopping (maybe salad from pret) and then pizza express salad for dinner. No ice cream chocolate or crisps- snacks of nuts instead- wish me luck

Going to start browsing the buggies and baby departments for first time now I am over 13 weeks Smile

I'm in! Doing antenatal pilates once a week, finding it weird as I've been doing classes twice a week for 2 years and am at an intermediate level, I miss the hardcore abs stuff! Planning in doing a pregnancy yoga class weekly too.
Every weekend I think about going swimming but can't muster the energy, need some bullying! Have been doing lots of long dog walks though.
Let's get ready for the labour of labour together!!

Me! I was doing really well but the last couple of weeks I've eaten crap and my weight gains shot up.

I'm hoping to start yoga next week plus I'm going back to doing squats, lunges and light weights.

It's diet I struggle with, minty magnums are too tempting.

j200 · 05/07/2014 08:31

Mmmm magnums are my downfall too and ice cream snickers....

Like the energy here Smile I have never done Pilates or yoga before as was more a Jillian M devotee but looking fwd to something new

Pilates is amazing J200, I'm evangelical about it. It makes you strong and so aware of your body. I'm going on my second pilates retreat to Italy in September and am so excited.
Not a massive yoga fan usually, but I think for pregnancy and birth it will be good to get more flexible.
Currently eating a marmite bagel with hard boiled egg. Weird but yum!
