Can anyone help....this is my second pregnancy and I'm 27 weeks. I didn't have indigestion with my first pregnancy so this time round it is very different.

I have awful burping problems and feel like there is a constant lump in my throat, coughing with some nasty bile tastes. I have no idea what food is triggering it. Drinking plenty of water and milk, had lots of gaviscon but it really hasn't touched it....can anyone offer some advice??

Try tablet form anti indigestion tablets, and drink your liquids frequently but not huge amounts at once.
Eat small and often. Avoid triggers (for me Anything rich, creamy or that has chocolate) xxx

I'm the same, I found eating at least 2 hours before bed time really helped, if I did eat then sleep by christ did I suffer
