I know it's far too early to tell, but for the past few days I've been queasy, bloated, nauseated, exhausted and cramping like mad.
It's crazy to me that if I'm only 5 dpo, I should be feeling these symptoms. Is it possible my body is telling me that I'm pregnant before it has even had chance to complete implantation?

Might be or might not. Was TTC since October and twice had definitely definitely pregnant symptoms -only I wasn't! When I finally was I didn't really have any symptoms (making up for that now). Would advise you to not get hopes up too much just yet but wait and see.

I'm not sure, I don't think you can get symptoms before implantation so it seems unlikely, but I knew the day of implantation, one week after ovulation. It abdomen was sore, tender and swollen, very similar to how it is on the day of ovulation. I got a BFP two days later, 9dpo. Look out and see if it continues!

I had very obvious symptoms over a week before my period was due. Very queasy, dizzy, and exhausted. Very different to normal and very obvious something wasn't as usual. I didn't have any idea I could have pg symptoms like that so early so didn't think that's what it would be. Turns out, I was pg! That ended in a mc but the second pg similar, and I knew something was odd, I kept forgetting words and failing to finish sentences as my brain wouldn't work, I could feel something in my body wasn't quite working as it usually did (I know that sounds weird). So, it's entirely possible, but try not to get your hopes up. FWIW I took a test 2 days before my period and it didn't show up, then on my period and it did.

Oh, and I posted on here about it at the time and I got people saying they could tell very soon after.

You might be. I fell pregnant twice in the space of 3 months last year (first one miscarried at 6 wks) and I knew very quickly both times. Some of it I can't even describe, I just felt different and instinctively knew. I had cramps the 2nd time about 2 days after we did the deed. I also had a really heightened sense of smell very quickly both times. Oh and my morning cup of tea tasted weird! But that didn't last more than a few dates (phew!). Nausea didn't kick in until about 5 wks.
