Hi all, my fiancé and I have been ttc for 6 months now and this week I have been sick a few times and my breasts are so tender! I'm not due on until 29th June but I had a predictor early test ( 2 pack) so I did one and there is a faint line in the test window but not central, I did the other but it was negative! Any opinions would be fab? Really not sure if I'm pregnant but hope I am :)

Is this positive!!

And the plot thickens....
so last night I had some ewcm there wasn't much, just a bit when wiping (sorry if tmi) so I thought I would do an opk as i have loads of them and I got a very dark positive, did another this morning and still as dark!! Now I don't know what is going on, if I am ov now then as a warning to you all do not buy predictor early pregnancy tests as clearly that was a false positive (which I did not know was possible until all of this) so now going to just keep dtd until af shows up (but hoping she doesn't)
seriously confused!! Confused

OPK's also show positive for HCG.

Do a First Response.

Mclaurel87 · 25/06/2014 11:14

Yeah I had read that, will do a first response tomorrow morning.
I was just a bit puzzled by the ewcm as I have only got that around ov in the past.
all very confusing x

Before I got my bfp I got more ewcm which confused me a bit. Definitely do a First Response.

Mclaurel87 · 25/06/2014 11:34

thanks for letting me know Harrin! that's good to hear, will keep you all posted x

OP, keeping everything crossed for you. But the only thing I would say from your OP, is that if you're not due on until 29th June and you have a standard 14 day LP, 7DPO is probably a little bit early for a +HPT. Having said that, I could be totally wrong!!

+ive OPK can definitely be a sign of pregnancy though, so fingers crossed that is the case.

Mclaurel87 · 25/06/2014 15:59

Yeah I did think it was far to early especially as my first +hpt was only 4dpo (only did it as I had felt so rubbish and been sick and had sore breasts) but was shocked it had a line!! Think I will hold out til 29th to retest. I just don't know what is going on with my body this month at all x

I think that you are pregnant :). Congratulations!

Mclaurel87 · 25/06/2014 16:37

Thank you RobinSparkles (love the name!!) but I don't want to get too excited just yet until I get another positive! X

Doctors' tests are rubbish. They are faint at the best of times and won't show a line early. I think you're preggo. First Response is the only test I ever get. Faint is so normal. Test again at home. By the way, my doc did a test, came up negative. I was 8 weeks pregnant!!

Mclaurel87 · 25/06/2014 17:53

well curiousity got the better of me when I got in from work, did a first response - negative, did another opk test and just as dark as it was this morning and last night, so I dont think I'm pregnant but I'm so confused as I had positive opks earlier in the month (cd13 was darkest), surely I can't ov twice!! this is all very frustrating :(

Mclaurel87 · 25/06/2014 18:01

I got a faint like yours on a co-op cheapie and bought a clear blue digi the next day and it said pregnant 1-2 weeks they are sensitive because I did mine in the middle of the day it wasnt even my first morning wee xx

Mclaurel87 · 25/06/2014 18:51

Oh well I might try one of those then, but just cant face it for a few days, tired of seeing bfn's after having a positive so early on, its very confusing :( x

So thought I would update you all as to what happened.
I was due on on the 29th June and have been testing everyday since then, mainly negatives but a few very faint positives. But af came this morning so this isn't the month for me. Not sure what was going on with my body this month but it's very upsetting so taking a month off, will still bd but not charting or stressing over dates! I have a super busy month with 2 weddings and a school reunion so just gonna relax and enjoy! Thanks for all the replies on this thread xx

Sorry to hear this, sounds like maybe you had a chemical pregnancy? Taking some time out sounds like a good idea , enjoy your busy month!
