Earliest signs of labour?

I know it's different for everyone so wanted a few different opinions on it. I know back pain is a main sign but I've had none since her heads been engaged and was hoping you can still have labour within days without back ache

I didn't have any back ache until i was in active labour. In early labour I had period type cramps for about 3 days that just got worse to the point where I couldn't sleep through them, then I knew I was in labour!

I woke up with cramp this morning but it's not unbearable just annoying ice also been losing little bits of my plug over the past 4 days
