HELP: Oral Thrush capsule and early pregnancy

I have horrendous thrush to the point of where I was in tears this morning, went to the chemist they gave me the oral capsule to take along with some cream. I am currently 7 weeks pregnant. The pharmacist didn't ask me if I was pregnant and to be honest I keep forgetting myself so I took the tablet and didn't have a second thought until I read the box...

After looking online there seems to be mass hysteria about taking the oral capsule whilst pregnant and now I'm starting to have a bit of a panic.

I'm not registered with the midwife and aside from me calling 111 (which I don't want to do) there isn't much I can really do I know.

Does anyone know if it really is that bad to take during pregnancy?

I took it in early pregnancy.

Dd was unaffected. I think the pessary is considered preferable though.

Just had a quick look at the medical evidence out of interest. The concern is around long term high dosage use in pregnancy. This doesn't apply to you. Step away from google and enjoy your pregnancy!
