Cramping after exertion

I may be paranoid because I am only 7+5 and I had a threatened MC in week 6.... But I am finding that sometimes I get uterine cramping in response to exertion.

For example, earlier this afternoon I went for a gentle walk around my neighbourhood, probably about a mile or so. I haven't done any other exercise today so hardly overdoing it!

But after, I had definite, albeit mild, uterine cramping for about 20 minutes. Is this normal or the sign of something bad?

I got similar pains around the same time just from walking around the supermarket. Seems normal to me and as long as it doesn't get any worse/you start bleeding, just relax and avoid the walking for a while.

Er, maybe take it easy! A nice excuse to sit down, drink some tea and put your feet up!
