Chrissie Yu or Tom Setchell for private delivery?

Hi all, Chrissie Yu or Tom Setchell are pretty much my only options for a private delivery at the Lindo Wing as everyone else is either full or away on my due date.. Anyone have experience with either?

I realise this is an old thread but in case you haven't delivered yet, I just wanted to sing Tom Setchell's praises as he was my oby gn for the birth of my baby this year. I couldn't have been in better hands. I would definitely go back to him if I were to have another.

Hi nappydays2 - I am currently considering Tom Setchell as well, have not met him yet, but just wondering what his views are on interventions - I would really like to have a decent go at having a natural VB (no epidural), of course I understand depending on circumstances, c section is necessary some times, it is just some of the other dr that I have met can be somewhat pushy or trigger happy with interventions (some even said they can only take me on if go for a planned c section) ...

So just wanted see your experience with dr Setchell?
