Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone here has experience with 'Freedom health Insurance'?
I was going to sign up with Bupa Internation (around £230 per month), they seem to have quite comprehensive maternity cover.
However Freedom is only £95 per month, and says you get up to £7000 for routine maternity. It isn't clear what you get for an emergency c-section though.

Does anyone have any advice on this subject.

Hello everyone,

Robert Smith from Freedom Health Insurance has asked us to post a response on this thread. See below:

"Dear Heartsanddiamonds

Thank you for your interest in Freedom Health Insurance.

Freedom Health Insurance has a comprehensive range of UK and International health insurance products with varying benefits and levels of cover relating to maternity, including pregnancy and childbirth. These are designed to reflect the differing needs of our customers, from those with full NHS access to those abroad and dependent on private facilities.

We recognise that ensuring the cover is right for you can be complicated and I am very sorry that our sales adviser was unable to clearly explain the alternatives to you successfully.

We would have been delighted to have you as one of our customers, and although on this occasion it appears we have missed our chance, I would appreciate the opportunity to clarify our cover options with you personally and invite you to call me on 01202 756354.
