Help needed- worst head cold and 20 weeks pregnant

Today is day 4 of having the worst head cold. My head feels like it is going to explode. My nose is stuffed I'm trying to have it clear all the time..
My eyes are so painful and watery. And then there is the coughing that is not stopping.. Even my 9 month old son gets mad at me already for coughing

I'm exhausted...

Any tips or advice I can take do to release the pain.? I took since Wednesday evening 4 paracetamol.. I don't want to take to many. Don't want to hurt my baby.,

I'm fed up..

Not sure there's anything that will get rid of a cold, sadly, but have you tried a bowl of scalding hot water with a few drops of eucalyptus oil in? You pop the oil in, then cover both bowl and your head with a warm towel and breathe normally, so you're taking in the vapour - try to stay about an arm's length from the bowl. No longer than 10 minutes. Might help to clear your sinuses a little and make your head feel less woolly! Eucalyptus is one of the essential oils that's considered safe in pregnancy

I agree, eucalyptus oil and lots of steaming. Otherwise you need sleep to fight it off - anyone that can give you a break? Sounds awful...having colds when pg/bf is horrid.
