implantation cramps and spotting

hi all i have done 3 positive PT test and today im getting a dull ache in the bottom of my tummy and when i go to the loo i see a bit of pink.
i think i am aprox 5-7 weeks not seen the doctor/midwife yet cant ring till tomorrow for apt however i am worried as i suffered an MC in feb am i worrying for no reason

Sorry you are worrying. it can't be implantation bleed as your pregnancy tests wouldn't have come up positive. It could be nothing, it could be something... Unfortunately with many if the answers on here, you'll just have to wait. Arrange your appointment as soon as possible and maybe ask to referred to the early pregnancy unit (EPU). Good luck!

i thougght that implantation bleed was a sign of pregnancy now your confusing me ?

I thought implantation bleeding happened at the time your period was due.

The body only produces pregnancy hormones after implantation so implantation bleeding would happen before a positive test.
There can be a number of reasons for spotting though, hope everything works out okay for you.

spotting may be something not to worry about. they say as long as you are not bleeding i.e. proper red blood, things will be well.sending you prayers.do not stress yourself.see your doctor soon! the sooner the better. good luck! and hey, i implanted late too...and had spotting for good about a week. but the doctor took an ultrasound to be sure and everythinf was thank God fine! so keep hope but see your gp asap.
