Belly pains during early pregnancy

I've recently found out im pregnant & I'm getting pains all around my back sides and belly. Is this normal? I'm very worried it very painful I can clearly stand I'm 5-6 weeks

Go and see a doctor. It's probably just everything stretching, but they will need to check you over if you're in that much pain. Where is it located? Just all over or worse in a specific spot?

All over but worse about 2 cm below my ribs and to the left a bit it's very tender to touch by there too?

I got lots of twinges, but if it really hurts get it checked out - I think we're more prone to kidney infections and back problems when pregnant. They can treat you if that's the case with pregnancy-allowed meds.
