This post isn't about me it's about my sister! She found out she was pregnant about 3 weeks ago as she had preeclampsia before everyone wanted as much tests as possible so if it was to happen again it will be early and hopefully would have had a better outcome then last time. My niece sadly passed away at 8 weeks old :(. So yesterday she went for a dating scan to be told that she is 6 weeks gone and that there wasn't a heart beat but to go to get another scan today to make sure. We went back this morning to be told to come back in a week as there may not have been any changes yet. The midwife reassured my sister that the bleed and lack of heart beat was common. She said the blood was a brownish colour and later on today she said it's a more fresh colour. I don't know how we are going to be able to wait a week not knowing. I can't sleep I'm just so worried.. How can this happen twice to my beautiful little sister only being at the age of 18 she had potentially lost two babies.. Is it all bad news or is there still hope?
