ok... weird movement followed by upper abdomen pain

Spent last half an hour having the baby move then followed by abdomen pain the from down below almost kicking. Worried? Braxton Hicks?

33 weeks 5 days, had a good friend call me to say it sounds like Braxton Hicks sorry for the late reply
