How accurate is a scan at 6/7wks?

Just had a dating scan. I thought I was 6+5ish and the scan (transvaginal) said 6+1. Beautiful strong heartbeat, all looking great. She couldn't get a great angle on the baby but said she wasn't concerned at all about the measurements putting me a little smaller than I thought.

Is a four day difference a cause for concern at this point?

Not a concern at all at this early stage.

I had a scan yesterday. Thought I was 7 weeks exactly, but it came back as 6+1. They said it could be up to a week out either way at this stage.

Nope, i went for 8wk scan as that was the earliest the epau here scans, amd turns out i was 9+5 :) lool x

I had a scan when I thought I was 7+6 they put me at 7+2 at my 12 week scan I was put forward by 5 days. It's all swings and roundabouts!

Now 21 and the baby is still up and down
