Larger Families, C-Sec's and Advice Pls

I have four young children and work from home. Managing alright, money is tight but then it's never been any different. Most of our baby paraphernalia is no longer, a few odd things are boxed up in the attic but we still have the carrycot/pram.

Totally unexpected BFP last week. We'd finally had the chance to go away for a few days now that the children are of an age where they'd stay with both sets of grandparents and we were revelling in our newfound freedom. Yes, I should have also been more careful but it happened and now I'm not sure what to do.

My question is to those who have larger families. The reality of five young children and how you manage both financially and as a couple? Admittedly when our lot are safely tucked up in bed and we've all helped tidy things away, we've an hour or two alone time in front of a film together or to just sit and work.

Also, this would be my fifth section and if everything is well I'd obviously be seeing a consultant. I'm really not sure what to do, I worry that the others will feel left out/neglected.

I might not be fit enough to have this child - I have no idea what they're going to tell me.

Anyone around with advice? TIA

I was told by my consultant that the risk increase after C-section number 2 was negligible. I think that with your other DC's, once they are here you won't remember what your life was like before. You can cope, because you will have to. Good luck with what you decide Smile

Thank you :)

Sometimes I think we know, innately, what is going to happen and what is best but we need that assurance from others.
I hope so too!
