She's currently head down(ish) angled towards left hip. Are there any exercises to encourage her to shift into full head down position?
I'm currently 34 weeks and MW doesn't seem overly concerned but i was just wondering if there was anything that could be done to help things along.

Have you had a look at the "Spinning Babies" website? Lots of exercises there to encourage them to shift.

My baby seemed to favour transverse or oblique positions around the 30 week mark but now seems to be wedged head down. Gave me 'orrible sciatica, I felt much better once she shifted!

I'm in the same boat. My Babba is head down but lodged on my left side, I'm so off balance and sore and achy on one side I want him moving over but so far he's not budging!!!!!!!!!!
