Don't want to lose weight, just want to have more of a handle on weight gain this time around.
Put on way too much with dd and since I've stopped being sick with this one it's piling on again.
Was at the top end of normal weight range when got pregnant. Just don't want to have stones and stones to shift after and feeling pretty crappy about the way I look.
Have heard good things about slimming world in pregnancy but am I kidding myself? Should I just get more self control and try low carbing?
Any advice appreciated. Like I say, not wanting to lose weight just control how much I do put on.
