Morning sickness getting worse at 24 weeks :-(

Has anyone else had this? My nausea has been really bad for the past few days. I can't figure out why it would get worse at this point. I've had it throughout the pregnancy but its been manageable since 16 weeks.

I had nausea 24-7 for about first 4 months, it eased up then came back again! It has improved again but imagine it'll be back....i'm assuming it's just hormones.
