My back is giving me a little grief at the moment - too many jobs being done at the weekend and poor posture!
I have some of the Boots straight to skin heat patches which I normally use when my back aches - its a common thing due to weight and length of my back - on the back it says to check with the pharmacist if you can use them in pregnancy - I don't really have time to pop into town to ask when I have some of them at home already.
Has anyone used them whilst pregnant? I am 20 weeks tomorrow.
