40+2 here. DHs dreams of a may the forth be with you baby rapidly diminishing!

Who else is out there waiting?

I'm 40 + 5 with my first and am desperately fed up, I tease my husband that I'm sick of just his company lol my midwife attempted a sweep on Monday but couldn't complete it :( and also booked in my induction for the 16th which I really don't want to happen...

Still here at 40+4 and MW attempted a sweep today but no joy. I'll be offered induction at +12 if I want it. I never thought I'd be even slightly tempted but can see myself getting bored and fed up if another week goes by! DS was born at 41 weeks exactly and that's not until Sunday, but am starting to feel niggly today and just want to meet this baby

Still waiting here too! 40+6 and having sweep tomorrow. Anybody else obsessing over every little twinge? Am so fed up!

She came!

Had braxton Hicks Tuesday afternoon for a few hours... then quickly escalated into a Mega fast labour. 4 to 10cm in 2hrs and second stage only 10 mins eep! Painful as totally drug free but so worth it as she came in the pool at home. Dh caught her :)

Hope you all go soon and get the births you want too!

Another girl here born yesterday morning (at term + 9) and quick labour too, I feel like the HamnCheese appreciation society

Hope everyone else's babies are here or arrive soon.

41 weeks today and getting pretty down about it now. This will be our last baby and I was induced last time. Due to be induced on Monday now and just feel a bit cheated out of a normal labour and having this one on the birth unit :(
Had two sweep attempts but the midwife said the head is too high up to perform them.
