36 weeks and soo hot and sweaty!!!!!!

Every morning when I wake up I am so sweaty. My hands and feet are soaking wet! It usually lasts for a good hour then it goes! Anyone else have this?????

I'm 32 weeks along, I think the last time I felt cold was one day in February! I'm sleeping naked now with legs poking out of the summer duvet, I normally sleep in full length pjs with a blanket on top of the duvet, even in the height of summer. I'm permanently boiling :)
