Cramping as an early symptom?

I have not got a BFP yet, but for about a week and a half I have been having stomach cramps (like period pain) amongst other symptoms. Did anyone have these in very early pregnancy?

Hello moneyone, thanks for your reply. I had cramping again today. I have poas every other day for the past 2 weeks, always BFN's! Boo hoo hoo!
