Last month I had a very early misscarriage, but thankfully got pregnant again this month! Now I am in a total panic it will happen again. I already have a dd , so I know I can have a healthy pregnancy and I know mc are common. I just so want this pregnancy to work!

I have sore boobs on and off and nausea and fatigue on and off. These symptoms reassure me. However, I often get a little cramping and this worries me. I remember I had this cramping when pregnant before though- appararntly it is common?

Please help me stay positive !

So sorry to hear about your miscarriage but congratulations on this pregnancy!!

I found out I was pregnant when I was only 5 weeks and had been suffering the same cramping you mentioned without realising it was due to pregnancy and not just good old period pains. I'm now 38 weeks so would definitely say the cramping is normal and very common Smile

Good luck with the rest if your pregnancy!

I've got three children and had three mcs I got pregnant straight away after two of the mcs and both were successful healthy pregnancies but I know how awful those first few weeks are. I kind of pretended it wasn't happening I know this probably sounds a bit cold but I think it was my way of trying to protect myself from everything if it went wrong again. Good luck I have everything crossed for you but you already know that what will be will be. I've heard the phrase "today I am pregnant" used a lot on here which is a good way to look at it.

Oh and the cramping is def normal even though it is terrifying when you have a history of mc. I'm 16 weeks with dc4 and I've felt crampy most of the way through. Congratulations on your pregnancy and everything crossed for you :)

Thanks so so much for the reassurance :)

It is slightly terrifying, but I am determined to keep as positive as I can! Its hard though, but just for today I am pregnant!

First congratulations. I'm in the same boat I had a missed miscarriage and found out at 11 weeks. I'm now pregnant again. Keep positive you can't change the outcome just enjoy every moment you can. Speak to the doctor to see of you can have a early scan to put your mind at rest. Just because it happened once doesn't mean it will happen again. I do worry about any pain I get so I know it's easier said then done ?? x
