leukocytes & ketones in urine?

So at 12 wks, leukocytes are present but no blood or protein.
It's been sent off to the lab, but naturally worried when it's still early in the pregnancy.

Should I be worried?

There's also ketones, but considering my blood glucose is 5.8 & I'm eating and drinking well, I'm not overly concerned about that.

But if I have an infection, can I take antibiotics?

I had a recurring UTI in my first pregnancy and was prescribed amoxicillin for it three times. No ill effects on me or DD. It's a personal choice though. I had it again when bf'ing and declined the anti-b's as midwife told me they can be harsh on babies tummy and cause cramps & diarrhoea.
