Should I call the midwife...dizziness

I've had dizzy spells on and off for 3 days now. First of all I thought it was my anaemia playing up, had it pre pregnancy but it's been under control. But now I'm getting worried as no matter how I sit or lie, it feels like every minute or so, my brain has pop corn going off in it. Hearing and sight go for like a mili-second. Also feel really nauseas, like I've been on a roller coaster.

Oh, I'm now 13+3 and until now been pretty much fine.

Thanks in advance

I think it sounds like blood pressure. Drink lots of water... That helped me.

No harm in calling midwife or somebody though. If nothing else, they can help you stop worrying if everything is fine. They are there for you.

And congratulate on the pregnancy!
