Has anyone seen these online? I found them when I was looking at etsy last night. I'm not convinced about them but they are so pretty I might buy one just because it looks nice! (sucker for pretty shiny things). I can't link well from my phone sorry.

'pregnancy' because it's an old tradition for mexican and balinese women to wear them in pregnancy. Just wondered if anyone else had heard of them.

I'd not heard of them.
I am a bit sceptical at how they would work. they would either have to quite loud (which would annoy you) or I doubt that baby would hear above all other noises be it internal or external.
Having said that I am tempted to get one as they do look lovely.

I have one, purely because I like it :) I'd advise just buying the ball and putting it on a length of leather yourself - I caught the chain on something while bending down and snapped it. I've now got it on 1.5m of thin leather from a bead shop, miles better (especially as DC1 loves to pull at all my necklaces too, so I'm expecting the same from DC2 once she's born!)

It's really not that noisy. It's a v faint tinkle and I've found I actually have to jiggle it to make it ring. It doesn't ring loads every time I move.
