Advice please, WWYD? 6 weeks pregnant.

Would love some advice from people.
Im about 6 weeks pregnant and feeling terrible! I had a day of sickness and diarrhea last week, plus a small amount of bleeding last weekend and again this weekend. I also had a pretty sore back. The thing is I have me/fibromyalgia and cant work out what is my regular pain and what is caused by the pregnancy.
I havent been to the drs yet, is it worth it? Because although ive had bleeding would it be too early for a scan?
My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage so think I have convinced myself that is going to happen again.
Any advice would be great.

Go to doctors. 6 weeks isn't too early for a scan. Good luck!

Even if you cant get an appointment straight away ask for GP to call you. I did this around 6 weeks after a bit if vleeding and he tild me straight away to go to the early pregnany unit at hospital. You can just walk in at the EPU and I only had to wait about half an hr for a scan. At this point a scan would be internal though, so just be prepared for that.

Im just a bit worried in case my dates are wrong and im less than 6 weeks so nothing shows on the scan, which will then worry me even more.

I have M.E too! From what i have read it can reverse the condition. Although i managed to get better after suffering for years with this, i still struggle somedays with my fatigue levels, but its not as bad as it used to be. Before i even found out i was pregnant i thought it was this making a return, but obviously it wasnt and i was shocked to find out i was 7wks gone already. from my experience its normal pg related things i had terrible 24hr sickness in my first trimester, didnt subside till 13wks. And just felt awful though i just did my best and carried on as best as i could. Try not to let things play on your mind, i know its so scary i too had mc couple years ago and know hiw you feel, i was absolutley shitting myself up until i had my 20wk scan and told everythings fine and lil man is growing perfect :) i couldnt get excited about my first two scans so i always ended up going there with a bit of a temper on me snapping at hubby when i dint mean to. But he understood though as it wasnt just me who lost baby he did too! Ive now got that spd crap and blocked kidney and high risk for preeclampsia n other stuffs, but im managing well :) the pain from the spd is a killer. Im being watched and looked after pretty well by midwife and hospital and me doc :) you do need to tell your doc as you mc so you would get an early scan :) x

Thanks boogles, that's really helpful, the pain and bleeding has stopped so I'm thinking I'll give it a few more days so I can guarentee I'm at least 6 weeks, that way if I'm sent for a scan there will be something to see.
It's frustrating because I've been avoiding people as I'm so Ill and tired but can't tell anyone why, they must just think I'm really rude.
