so worried about an eptopic pregnancy!!! please help

Ive recently found out that I am pregnant although doctors seem to think I am earlier than they first calculated. I have been getting pains in right side near my groin but no spotting or bleeding, EPU checked my bloods every 2 days and my HCG levels are doubling normally. I had an emergency scan but they could find anything but they said it could be too early to see as my HCG levels were only 348 at the time. I am booked for second scan tomorrow and hoping to see my little bean but could this still be eptopic help please !

Good luck for your scan. I don't have any advise about ectopic pregnancy. However, I have had a lot of pain near my groin and everything seems to be progressing normally (9 weeks).

I really hope it all goes well, do you know how far along you are?

Thankyou. Ah really that's good then that seems to be like what im getting a dull achein groin. Yeah im 5 weeks pregnant so wasn't sure whether they would've been able to see anything on the first scan as too early.

The pain you are feeling could be due to hormonal changes or to things growing or to wind pains.

A friend of mine had an ectopic pregnancy and I do remember her telling me repeatedly that each pregnancy test she took was negative.

I have had an ectopic pregnancy at 6 weeks, and the pain was in my side rather than my groin. It was so painful it woke me up and I had some bleeding with it too.

Oh really sorry to hear. Thankyou very much got my fingers croseed. Ive had no bleeding which ive heard is a main symptom

Just thought id update you all i went for scan this morning and saw my little baby in the right place, his little heart was beating away brought a tear my eye
