Any signs that it was a multiples pregnancy prior to your first scan?

As above, really.

I have a very strong niggle that I am going to see two babies at my scan in a week and a half.Very strong. But I cant quite lay my finger on why.

I have been much more bloated, tired and sickly this time round, and am getting some twinges right down into my pelvis that feel like the starting of movements.

However this could just be because its pregnancy number three (one of them was a MMC).

Anyone have early indicators?

I think you just have to wait and see. I've heard of people with symptoms that indicate twins having a singleton and twins mums who had barely any symptoms at all.

I thought I might have two as symptoms came much earlier and stronger than my first pregnancy but that was an mmc so maybe that was why... I had a scan at 6 + 5 and there was only 1. its not unheard of for a twin to be missed at that stage but it's most likely that there is just one :)
