Am I pregnant?

Just after some advice.
IF I am it would only be just over a week so I don't know if this is all in my head.
Since Monday I have been feeling on and off sick and today in particular I have had a very strong metallic taste in my mouth. I don't have much of an appetite either today and ive noticed my mouth is filling up with saliva a lot today.

I feel very tired and not really with it. Could U be experiencing symptoms?
I took a test on Monday which was Neg but I presume this is way too early to do a test?!

When is your period due?

Well that's the thing - I don't know.

I came off the implant about 2 weeks ago as I was getting irratic periods and for a very long time (3-4 weeks a go!) So now Im off that I don't know when my "normal" period will be due?

When was the first day of your last period? As this would be when a pregnancy would be dated from.

When did you have unprotected sex? If it was a week ago it would be highly unlikely to be symptoms of pregnancy.

I would take another test on Monday.

It would have been about 2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex.

At a guess with my period it started end of April beginng of march and lasted 2-3 weeks

If you have been getting symptoms for a week, that suggests you must have ovulated almost immediately ie a day or two after coming off the implant, I don't have any experience of it, so don't know if this is more feasible than it sounds. I'm wondering if coming off it has affected your hormone levels and if the symptoms could be from that?

I think all you can do is test every few days.

Yeah well since Monday when I started feeling sick - I hadn't thought twice about it until then! Just wandered if anyone else had had similar symptoms very early on.
Will test again next week :)

I'm 8weeks and the sickness is now setting in, but its different for everyone. Most likely just your hormones playing up, due to the implant being removed.

Would it be what you wanted if you are pregnant?

If not I would speak to your GP about another form of contraception asap.

I would love it if I was which is why I am wandering whether I am getting ahead of myself and actually looking out for symptoms lol!

Aww, well fingers crossed for you. I would test once a week on a Monday or something. If you test every other day it can feel a bit deflating if you get negatives.

Also if you are not already I would start taking some Folic acid supplements.

hi everyone, im confused so need advice hopefully someone can help me. I have the implant fitted and have had it in for 3 years now its due to be taken out in 2 weeks, ive still been having unprotected sex as I assumed it would still be working but recently ive been getting a lot of symptoms. for the past 7 months all my periods have been regular but I haven't had one since a month ago I only realised how late I was the other day because I started noticing changes to my body.
around about three weeks ago I started getting a creamy white discharge, a lot of it and its everyday, I then started getting headaches, heartburn, slight nausea and heightened sense of smell. my breasts don't look any bigger but they feel a lot heavier. im constantly tired and waking up sweating even though I feel cold a lot of the time, my emotions are all over the place atm but I put that down to time off the month but ive still not came on my period.
last week I had horrible cramping pains in my lower stomach and have constant backache so starting to get worried could this mean im pregnant????
