Itchy nipples driving me bonkers

31+6 with dc3. Remember vague itchiness of nips with previous 2 but this time it is driving me INSANE. Wakes me at night, makes me unsettled and crabby in the day- what can I do to relieve it?

They are a bit dry and flakey (yuk) due to growth I suppose and so I am moisturising well, which does bring a bit of relief, but they are incredibly tender too and so scratching is definitely out. Thankfully as I'm sure this would just make it worse!

Could it be thrush?

I have this to at 20 weeks, I thought the flakey bits were dried up milk where you may of leaked a little!! They can be itchy to....never thought of thrush!! didn't know you could get thrush on the nipples x
