Clutching at straws here but I'm 37 weeks next week and hoping that I don't go over due. My EDD is 17th of April which seems like forever lol

Went into labour on my due date (after a membrane sweep) and baby was born the next morning

It is such an agonising wait, you just wish the weeks away until your due date, but make sure to enjoy your last few weeks of peace (unless you don't have such a peaceful life), sometimes I wish I could have those precious few weeks of no work and no responsibilities, and being able to drink a hot cup of tea!

6 days over following x2 sweeps (first at 39+5) sorry OP.

Oh flipping heck I can't cope lol I just want my baby boy here and want not to be pregnant any more lol

What is the longest they will let me go over.

Think I might just count it as 6 weeks left rather than 4 then any thing else is a bonas lol

Waters broke, induction and baby born at 37 weeks. So best be prepared!

Now 34 weeks with DC2 and nervous it will happen again. Working till 36 weeks and desperately want some time off which I did not get first time round!

I had two sweeps that didn't work and my DD came on her terms the day before I was to be put on a drip to be induced

Dd1 3 days early! Dd2 the longest 3days of my entire life over.

I'm praying ds1 comes early.

14 days over oh my lord lol I haven't even packed my hospital bag yet going to sort it this week. I think deep down I know I'm going to go over due.

Good look with your birth Sweetpea . I found out I was pregnant at 2 weeks and went over my due date so I still think I had the longest pregnancy ever!

I went 4 days over but know someone who went 4 weeks!

12 days over with DD1.
40 mins over with DD2.

Ds1 12 days early
Dd1 7days late
Ds2 9 days late
Dd2 10 days early

They generally only let you go 2 weeks over but some areas let you go 3 good luck with your birth

Dc1 14 days over
Dc2 13 days over
Dc3 7 days over
Dc4 9 days over

God it dragged but on the plus side when I finally went into labour I was more than ready to get on with it.

Both mine were early. With DD1 I was induced 1 week early due to high BP and DD2 just decided to arrive 2 weeks before her due date

DS was bang on time.

With dd went into labour at 37+4, got to 3cm dilated then it all stopped She was born 4 days before due date in the end

auroras, I also found out at 2 weeks, and at 39 weeks today I have almost forgotten what it is to not be pregnant!

Really hoping I don't go over, or at least not by more than a few days, but at the same time I am making the most of the quiet while I still can...

Bang on my EDD, which was.....17th April, last year!

Contractions started in early hours of 16th and Dd arrived late morning on 17th.

Im currently 8 days over, my due date was 10th March and there is no sign of him coming just yet! :-(

Five and a half weeks early here. The only reason that I didn't actually give birth at my desk was because the office was closed for a couple of days for the holidays! No daytime telly and leisurely cups of tea for me!

16 days late here. He was stuck fast though so no wonder he didn't come out of his own accord.
They were the longest two weeks ever at the time but my advice is sleep, sleep as much as is humanly possible and make the most of being able to sit down and have a hot cup of tea. Good luck!
