All I can say is, if it's your first, rest as much as you can and plan yourself a little treat each day - a magazine, a solo trip to the cinema in the day, napping in a sunny patch...

Hi hannah im 40+6 :-( and feeling utterly miserable so know how your feeling! Pop over to the ante natal group if ur not on it already there are a few of us over due and hand holding
My spd is killing me and sleeping is just shit and there is no sign of baby yet! We will get there though, not long now

It does that. But the good news is that I found newborn, and even newborn plus toddler, way easier than overdue.

And mine were not even good sleepers.
