Would being 40+3 be mitigating circumstances if I murdered DP?

I am being unreasonable but need to vent! DP was helping to lift something at work yesterday (no idea why it's not a lifting shifting type of job) and has strained his
back. I am completely unfairly furious with him I'm a huge whale with crippling back pain desperate to have this baby (3days late and counting) and now I can't even get him to help move things and pick things up for me. I'm not sure he'll be able to drive me to hospital or carry the hospital bag. He is being lovely - wincing and breathing rapidly but clearly trying hard not to moan or complain!
Hate the fact that I feel so cross with him but there is just no way he can understand the discomfort of being so pregnant and how much I was relying on him to help and be supportive in labour...

This is really unfortunate! I'm sure your frustration is down to hormones. The smallest thing can set me off too. He can still be supportive in the same way in labour. So try not to worry. (You might just have to get a taxi and put the bags in a wheelchair!)
I hope your baby comes soon :) This will be one of the funny stories that you tell when your baby is older :)

It's understandable feeling frustrated I know I spent the other day in bed with SPD in agony and hubby came home he pulled his back too lol I did find it very hard to be sympathetic I just gritted my teeth and said go and get a nice long bath and relax he even had me rub deep heat on his back that night lol

Any chance of an emergency trip to the chiropractor?!

Thanks ladies, you are right of course.
I realised that unlike me he can drug himself up, lie flat on his back and go in the jacoozi so that should help (as well as make me green with envy!).
To his credit he still performed the mandatory sex duties of a man with an overdue partner so can't be all that bad!

This is where being strong comes in. See i dont rely on my hubby although he does make alot of fuss and is lovely :) ive always been very independant and i have a strong pain threshold before i will start winging n whining lol putting your back out can be really painful...especiallyf you have sciatica. Count yourself lucky, as some women out there are all on there own!
