Pain in stomach and on left side 20 weeks

Hi just after a bit of advice. Im 20 weeks pregnant and since about 4 this afternoon have had a really dull ache in my stomach along with sharp pains in my side. It's really quite sore and I'm finding it difficult to walk and to even move it hurts. Should I be worried?

I've had various aches, pains and have even found myself stuck bent over unable to straighten for a few minutes as the stomach muscles have cramped up...i think it's just all your insides stretching.( I'm just a couple of weeks ahead of u). Hopefully nothing to worry about but see the gp tmrw if u r worried.
