i have a pain behind my eyes and a few black dots in my vision that have been there for three hours I have eaten well and have had plenty of rest but I just cant seem to shake it should I call my maternity unit I am 28 weeks pregnant with second baby

Yes, I would call. I'm sure it's fine but its better to check. The people at the maternity unit won't mind - it's part of their job to answer queries like yours.

Yes, it is probably nothing but could be a sign of pre-eclampsia.

Definitely call. It may well just be a migraine but it could also be a warning of pre-eclampsia so be prepared for them to ask you to come up and have your BP checked and your wee dipped.

Call and get checked. I had this last week and turned out to be exhaustion and iron deficiency. So nothing too serious! Fingers crossed for you X
