Morning sickness worse at 12 weeks - anyone else?!

I can't believe it. I'll be 13 weeks on Saturday and after a couple of weeks where my ms seemed so much better I'm now having a terrible day. Has this happened to anyone else?

I often have this (fourth DC!) Morning sickness mostly gone, then it comes back for a last hurrah! In fact the only time I threw up this pregnancy was around 11-12 weeks. It's more intense for shorter periods of time, rather than all day nausea in my experience. And this "second wind" passes pretty fast.

We're all different though!

Thanks crispy. That's encouraging. I really thought I was through the worst of it! It must be nice to be on your fourth pregnancy and therefore know what to expect from your body.

Usually as soon as I dare to say or even think "the sickness has eased off" after a few good days I usually get an awful day as punishment! I'm now 21 weeks and it's not a daily occurance like it was in the early days but I still have the odd 'pukey day'. Just got to go with the flow and remember it's all part of the fun of growing a baby!!

Thanks alwaysdancing! I'm sure you're right! It's so funny, I've had a panic at some point very week because my ms has seemed better. Now I'm worrying because its worse!

mine got worse from 10-15 weeks and hasn't left. i am still sick at 31 weeks but it's managed with anti-emetics now. without them i am nauseous, can't eat and at worse vomitting.

all time low was vomitting while driving at around 21 weeks.

3rd pregnancy and have never experienced anything like this with previous 2.

Sorry to hear that nevergoogle. Although I appreciate you sharing because it is reassuring to know its not just me.

Mine suddenly got much worse at 12 weeks before easing off gradually about 2 weeks later. Had fully stopped being sick by 18/19 weeks. Hope it's not too long for you.

Thanks diamonds. It's really good to know yours eased off. Fingers crossed for me.
