12week scan at 4pm (s**tting bricks)

My 12 weeks scan is at 4pm, I'm terrified! I should be 12wk 4days, after 4MC and an ectopic this is the furthest I have gone!
Last year a friend went for her 12wk scan and pregnancy wasn't viable and had dissolved back into the body.
I am soooooo nervous it's unreal!

Hand holding here, it can be scary, but you made it this far and all is good....

Thank you! I could honestly sit here and cry at the thought of what's going on in my head! Roll on 4pm, it's been a long day.
