Just want an idea of what to expect as I've got mine in a couple of weeks. The 16 week appointment was pretty straight forward. Does the midwife talk more about birthing plan or is that later? When do they start measuring the bump?

Thanks very much!

Its generally a 5/10 min appointment - blood pressure, listen to heartbeat, urine sample. Birth plan for me was only ever discussed briefly around 34 weeks.

If you need it for work, don't forget to ask for your MatB1 at this appointment - it should be offered but just in case it's not...

Not much - I had mine this morning, urine sample, we listened to the heartbeat, she took my bp and measured my bump; pretty much like the 16 week one.
