Please help me,5wks & lots of problems

I'm now 5wks3days.
5 days again the bleeding started, started pink, then red, then brown. Then came the cramping Monday and severe pain in thigh which made me sick and bleed more. Tuesday was slower and brown until 9pm then severe pain again and red bleeding.
Wednesday was just brown but had pain in thigh again and still bleeding. Doctor sent me to the hospital and had internals and blood checks.
HCG 1000 and Progesterone 27 this was DPO 23. Also my cervix was closed still.

Today I am going back for more blood tests however, this morning at DPO25 my pregnancy tests I've done this morning both came back much fainter than 2 days again and I'm still bleeding (dark brown with bits in, sorry tmi).

I have no idea what's going on, they have been worried about miscarriage or ectopic but on weds they didn't think it was either and can't scan until 6weeks. It's my first pregnancy and I feel totally lost. I don't really have any symptoms either to even feel pregnant :0(

I think this is one of those awful situations where you have to 'hope for the best, but prepare for the worst'. To be honest I'm surprised they haven't scanned you yet to rule out the possibility of an ectopic. You shouldn't be in severe pain in early pregnancy. Twinges and cramps are normal but not severe pain. Do you have any follow-up appointments in the next few days? Please look after yourself and if you get any more severe pain I would recommend going to A&E. xxx
